Participant-Centered
The participant comes first. We listen before we prescribe. Participants help define their goals, and we support them in developing a realistic pathway toward achieving them.
GSF creates pathways to careers and economic opportunity by engaging individuals in hands-on automotive restoration, mentorship, workforce development, and exposure to the many careers connected to the automotive industry.
We envision a future where every individual—regardless of background or circumstance—has access to the opportunities, relationships, skills, and support needed to discover their potential and build a successful future.
The participant comes first. We listen before we prescribe. Participants help define their goals, and we support them in developing a realistic pathway toward achieving them.
Everyone's journey is different. We do not expect participants to move according to an artificial timeline. We work at their pace while encouraging consistent progress.
Talent exists everywhere. Opportunity does not. We work to close that gap.
Careers are built through skills, but opportunities are often created through relationships. We intentionally connect participants with mentors, employers, businesses, educators, and professionals.
People learn differently. GSF provides an environment where participants can learn by doing, experimenting, solving problems, making mistakes, and trying again.
Whether restoring a vehicle, preparing for an interview, or showing up for work, we encourage participants to take pride in what they do.
We want participants to see careers and futures they may never have considered possible.
Your support helps turn vehicles, tools, and relationships into opportunities to learn, grow, and build a future.
